Qlue Performa Indonesia

Jakarta, Indonesia

  • Navigated prototyping and manufacturing stage of sensor holders and device housings.
  • Headed the development of the tilting mechanism (hardware and software) to follow users' forehead.
  • Orchestrated with colleagues to develop Qlue Thermal CAPA system procedure, reducing recall up to 95%.
  • Debug components and it’s connections to the PCB and Jetson Nano for quality assurance.
  • Executing Qlue Thermal devices’s production, as a team deployed more than 40 devices per month

Projects

Soccer Training Technology

San Diego, California.

  • Spearheaded the development team, hosted weekly stand ups and sprint planning, focusing teams on implement and develop new ideas and track progress milestones, with the desired results.
  • Created a pipeline that transforms a singular video stream into a top view (bird-eye view).
  • Automated procedure for detecting and calibrating assessment area using AruCo Markers.
  • Process user’s pose estimation in the transformed reference plane in real time.
  • Construct easily developable assessments and the checker algorithms to obtain meaningful data.
  • Created a microservice to handle and process data that will be stored.

TriFinger Robotics

San Diego, California.

  • Using inverse kinematics to plan the motion of each finger to perform a grabbing movement.
  • Created a GUI for the simulation using Matlab.
  • Creating and optimizing Arduino code and calibrations for the movement of each actuator.
  • Analyzed and selected finger actuators. Managed to cut down the cost by +70% per arm.
  • CAD and Prototype TriFinger Robot using 3D printing and off the shelf components.
  • Administered purchasing with sponsors and the MAE department.

Home Server

Jakarta, Indonesia.

  • Self-built automated underground garden sprinklers with weather control.
  • Engineered the server to connect with the main gate’s motor driver using Arduino.
  • User-friendly GUI in a local website to bypass dependency issues.

Following not Followed

Remote.

  • Implemented OpenCV to recognize the simulated environment and store live feed data.
  • Integrated HAAR Cascade Classifier to detect the simulated car.
  • Trained models using Machine Learning to follow the car and avoid collisions.
  • Decentralize processing power to UCSD GPU Clusters and accelerate the processing time up to 2000%.
